Year One in use in the real world!
Thank you so much to the early tester who shared these pictures with us of her sweet child using our Year One curriculum! This activity is from our Stories around the World Unit: Africa lesson, where the children learn to recite the African proverb “A small house will hold a hundred friends.” The child then goes on to turn this into a math lesson. Here, they have made 100 faces in their home. What a great way to learn to count to 100- by counting friends!
