I’m a crafty mom. Not sneaky. I mean, I really like crafts. And sometimes, my love of crafts and homeschooling combine to make some interesting choices. I have wanted to make a map quilt to go along with our history studies and I finally got around to it this weekend!
As homeschoolers, we can and do homeschool everywhere and anywhere. Sure, we all picture homeschooling at the kitchen table, or maybe in a separate room of the house. But that is just one way to homeschool. A few years ago, I went through some health issues and I ended up inventing “Bed schooling.”

At the end of each year, I like to take a moment to reflect on what I did over the last twelve months and what changes the year brought to me and my family. As I look back on this past year, I realize that 2018 was a huge year for me. I am going to take a moment here to toot my own horn. Sometimes, we need to do that.
