Thank you to Laura Bishop who shared these pictures of her family. They are using the Green Level Children of the Longhouse Unit Study this month.
Every fall, we love getting to see pictures of our new users doing the apple unit in Wonderful World.
This sweet little guy is making train tracks across a map of the US while doing the lesson on trains., a topic he loves!
Look at that smiling face!
This adorable student just got our curriculum and all the books that go with it! She can’t wait to jump into these beautiful picture books.
Look at this happy guy! Michelle’s kids have been using our Wonderful World curriculum and having a great time with it! While the lesson topic of “buses” might sound silly to an adult, for a kid, buses are amazing!
Rainbow Crow is one of the most beautiful books featured in our American History program: Indigenous People of North America and Hawai’i. In this Lenape legend, Crow goes to the sun and brings fire back to Earth to save all the animals from a bitter winter. As a go-along for this story, making Rainbow Crow as scratch art felt like the perfect pairing.
Thank you so much, Michelle, for sharing this awesome picture of your children on an apple picking adventure!
In our Wonderful World curriculum, we chose the best children’s books we could find and build lessons around them that kids will enjoy. It turns out that NASA agrees with us about a few of our books being the best. You can actually watch astronauts read them from space!
